La teoría de juegos y su aplicación a las negociaciones agrarias entre Estados Unidos y la Comunidad Europea en la Ronda Uruguay. El caso de las oleaginosas

Abstract

Las políticas agrícolas aplicadas en las últimas décadas por Estados Unidos y la Comunidad han aumentado su participación en el comercio mundial, generando tensiones entre ellos y para con terceros, tensiones que han derivado, en algunos casos, en graves conflictos comerciales. En el presente trabajo se delimita un marco de análisis de los conflictos comerciales agrarios, que incorpora argumentos de teoría de juegos y de teoría de negociación, aplicándolo al caso específico de la negociación sobre oleaginosas. Además, se describe ese proceso negociador atendiendo a los intereses de las partes, al papel de los grupos de presión y al resultado alcanzado....The agricultural policies applied by the United States and the European Community within the last decades had increased their participation in the world trade. This interventions had generated tensions between them and with third countries ended, in some cases, in important trade conflicts. In this work, the analitic frame for trade agriculture conflicts is delimited, arguing from game theory and theory of bargaining, applied to the oilseeds negotiation. This negotiation process is described attending to the countries aims, the lobbies, and the result acquire.
