Abstract

In the first part we define the strategy as a part and ideas which can define the certain future of enterprise. In the II part we emphasize the importance of contex in which the strategy management is to brake of a habit. Part III is focused on the formulation strategy process in the enterprises. The proces of strategy formulation is leading to the choosen strategy, which contents is described more detailed in IV Part. This relationships is showed on the Sl. 6.1. The point of formulate strategy is to produce strategic reflect which understood the future of enterprise, as a way on which those future can be sured. Of course, the formulating of strategy is to supply the mechanism which should make easer the deverb of ideas and coordination of efforts. This process is to inject the structure, but not the strikt in the mediate.
