Abstract

The main goal of this article is to evaluate efficiency and efficacy of PRONAF (Program for the Strengthening of Family Farming) with respect to income generation and melioration of quality of life in the last ten years in the following matter: Comparison credit allowances with treasury costs, analyzing focalization of PRONAF and resuming 13 evaluations made during last ten years by authors of different ideological and academic backgrounds.
