Abstract

The research consisted of a non-experimental study through a quantitative-descriptive approach for a group of 29 beneficiary projects within the 2019-2020 period, through interviews, for which the Likert scale was used. In addition to including general information such as the name of the productive project, folio number, location, representative of the social group, line of business, jobs generated or proposed, sector to which the project belongs (agricultural, industrial or services). In the results of the research, there are advantages generated by carrying out training and workshops, however, a low link with the productive sector.
