The life cycle theory and performance of the cluster was revised, based on the proposals by Andersson , Schwaag , Sorvik and Wise ( 2004 ) , Sölvell ( 2009 ) and De Langen ( 2004 ). It is a research type mixed, techniques were used of documentary review, observation, interviews and questionnaire. Statistical analyzes included descriptive statistics, bivariate correlation analysis and linear regression model. The hypothesis was accepted, due to the fact that there is a positive relationship and significant between the performance and competitiveness of the cluster (r=.812, p≤0.01). The results show that it is a natural cluster in growth stage, where their competitiveness remain determined by the comparative advantages it provides its local structure.
