Abstract

Education should give attention to the growing demand, so that the state should not lose its responsibility to society to offer this social commitment, even when private initiative tends to absorb a significant proportion of students. The parameters of accreditation, certification part of new educational concept, new educational models tend to be more flexible, dynamic, so that address the needs of society. Similarly, it is considered that competitiveness is a key element in global production development, and for which higher education institutions are no exception to this concept, for this purpose the Strategic Planning Model is included in the development work. It is clear that sectoral strategic analysis is an essential part of the investigation, in which the institution may determine that the Antonio Narro, is located in geographic, economic and productive application ideal for the purpose of the work. This is demonstrated PEST own study of the life cycle and value chain, where it is shown that partially implemented the institution's strategic concept, hence the prospects for the implementation and use of research results, which are intended to help to improve the university. Following in the same order of sectoral strategic analysis, SWOT analysis allowed to clearly focus the activities and functions substantive university to the dynamics of research, so that the latter analysis provides strong support for the objectives.
