Abstract

The aim of the article was to analyse the performance relationships between the imperfections of the market allocation connected with the agricultural sector and solutions in agricultural policy conditioned by globalization. The main areas of imperfection are described adverting to their misjudgment. The basic agricultural economic problems as well as their changes under new circumstances in the economic environment are paid attention to. It should be emphasized that in spite of transformations and changes of paradigms happening in agricultural policy, still the basic failures of market mechanism must be resolved through the mediation of this policy. / Synopsis. Celem opracowania było przedstawienie zależności, związanych z sektorem rolnym, pomiędzy niedoskonałościami alokacji rynkowej a rozwiązaniami w polityce rolnej w warunkach globalizacji.
