porównanie popytu i preferencji dotyczących ciętych kwiatów cebulowych wśród wybranych grup nabywców w Lublinie

Abstract

Celem badań była ocena porównawcza popytu i preferencji przedstawicieli dwóch grup wiekowych w Lublinie (20-24 i powyżej 60 lat), dotyczących kwiatów ciętych cebulowych. Wykorzystano wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych wśród 300 przedstawicieli obu grup wiekowych. Określono m.in. preferencje gatunkowe, poziom zakupów jednorazowych oraz w skali roku, poziom wydatków, powody zakupów kwiatów ciętych cebulowych. Analizy przeprowadzono metodami matematyczno- -statystycznymi, głównie z wykorzystaniem wskaźników procentowych oraz wielkości średnich. Starsze pokolenie wydawało na kwiaty cięte cebulowe więcej niż przedstawiciele pokolenia Y, przez większe zakupy jednorazowe i średnioroczne. Nabywcy z obu grup wiekowych kupowali kwiaty głównie w celach upominkowych, choć coraz częściej także dla siebie, pod wpływem impulsu. Sprzyjała temu ogólna ich dostępność, np. w sklepach spożywczych, które są jednym z ważniejszych miejsc zakupu.
