Usługi Użyteczności Publicznej W Ocenach Społeczności Lokalnych

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest próba oceny postrzegania usług użyteczności publicznej przez mieszkańców społeczności lokalnych. Materiał badawczy stanowiły wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych w 24 gminach. Pomimo odnotowanego zróżnicowania poziomu zadowolenia mieszkańców z usług publicznych, generalnie ich opinie świadczyły o dobrym zaspokojeniu potrzeb publicznych. Najwyższe oceny uzyskały usługi edukacyjne, a najgorzej oceniona została infrastruktura kanalizacyjna. Wyniki potwierdziły również, że stopień zaspokojenia potrzeb w zakresie usług użyteczności publicznej determinuje w znacznej mierze ocenę działania władz lokalnych.
