Doradztwo Rolnicze – Doświadczenia Transformacji I Nowe Wyzwania

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest wskazanie wyzwań stojących przed doradztwem publicznym, wynikających z oczekiwań rolników i mieszkańców wsi oraz przedstawienie ważniejszych działań, które należy podjąć, aby doradztwo sprostało tym wyzwaniom. Podstawowym problemem, przed jakim stają polscy rolnicy, jest przede wszystkim poprawa konkurencyjności, którą można osiągnąć przez wzrost efektywności (ekonomicznej, środowiskowej i społecznej). Ośrodki doradztwa rolniczego, aby skutecznie wspierać rolników muszą ściśle współpracować z nauką i oświatą rolniczą. Szczególnie widoczny jest tu brak systemowych powiązań z nauką. Wobec nowych wyzwań, które stają przed doradztwem istnieje potrzeba stworzenia zintegrowanego systemu informacji rolniczej. Opracowanie takiego systemu jest konieczne, aby doradcy mogli przejść od przekazywania informacji i wspierania rolników w pozyskiwaniu środków z funduszy europejskich do działań mających na celu poprawę efektywności produkcji.
