Ocena Spójności Terytorialnej Pod Względem Infrastruktury Technicznej Gmin W Polsce W Latach 2005-2015

Abstract

Celem badań była ocena poziomu spójności terytorialnej gmin pod względem infrastruktury technicznej w latach 2005-2015. Opierając się na wybranych cechach rozwoju infrastruktury technicznej, obliczono na podstawie danych statystycznych z Banku Danych Lokalnych GUS syntetyczny wskaźnik rozwoju infrastruktury (metodą Z. Hellwiga) w latach 2005, 2010 i 2015. Analiza poziomu rozwoju infrastruktury technicznej w badanych latach wykazała duże różnice między rodzajami gmin i ich liczbą mieszkańców oraz w regionach, o czym świadczył współczynnik zmienności. Większe różnice w poziomie rozwoju infrastruktury technicznej zauważono w przypadku gmin miejskich niż miejsko-wiejskich i wiejskich. Najbardziej zróżnicowane okazały się województwa małopolskie i śląskie, a najmniej kujawsko- pomorskie i łódzkie. Porównując współczynniki zmienności z lat 2005, 2010 i 2015, można dostrzec wzrost tych wskaźników w około 68% badanych gmin. Oznacza to, że gminy te cechuje niekorzystny poziom spójności terytorialnej pod względem infrastruktury technicznej.
