Efektywność Działalności Inwestycyjnej Gmin Województwa Lubelskiego W Kontekście Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich

Abstract

Celem badań była ocena efektywności działalności inwestycyjnej gmin województwa lubelskiego na tle kraju. Porównano nakłady i efekty działalności inwestycyjnej gmin wiejskich i miejsko- -wiejskich w latach 2011-2014. Ocenę efektywności działalności inwestycyjnej gmin wykonano na podstawie nieparametrycznej metody efektywności technicznej – DEA. Na podstawie obliczonej średniej dla wskaźników efektywności działalności inwestycyjnej sporządzono ranking gmin z poszczególnych województw. Pierwsze miejsce uzyskały województwa lubelskie i mazowieckie. Gminy wiejskie oraz miejsko-wiejskie z tych województw były w tym aspekcie w pełni efektywne w całym badanym okresie. Stanowią one wzorzec efektywności wykorzystania posiadanych środków na działalność inwestycyjną.
