L’amour fait-il aimer les choux de Bruxelles ? La transformation des habitudes alimentaires pendant la vie conjugale chez les jeunes adultes

Abstract

Agir sur les comportements nutritionnels, comme le souhaitent certaines politiques de prévention, n’est possible qu’en tenant compte de l’influence des proches, qui est peu étudiée dans le cadre du couple cohabitant sans enfant. De plus, consommations et tâches domestiques alimentaires sont aujourd’hui un important enjeu d’égalitarisme entre femmes et hommes. Dans le cadre d’une thèse de sociologie, nous avons questionné l’interaction entre les pratiques alimentaires et la mise en couple. A quelle vitesse et pourquoi les alimentations sont-elles mises en commun ? Cela transforme-t-il les alimentations des hommes par rapport à celles des femmes ? Comment se décide qui prend en charge les tâches alimentaires ? Pour y répondre, nous avons comparé les habitudes alimentaires de couples de jeunes adultes (18-33 ans) hétérosexuels, avant et après leur récente installation dans un logement commun.
