Abstract

Après avoir synthétisé les résultats des analyses économiques conduites sur la gestion des risques de marché en agriculture, sujet complexe et récurrent dans les débats de politique agricole, nous suggérons quelques pistes de réflexion pour guider l’action politique. Ainsi, cette action doit d’abord être portée sur la régulation (contrôle) des marchés de gestion des risques plutôt que sur les marchés physiques. La mise en oeuvre de cette recommandation générale nécessite la poursuite de travaux économiques spécifiques.
