Abstract

El presente artículo analiza los aspectos centrales del componente productivo en sistemas ganaderos intensivos, con foco en la eficiencia de los factores e insumos de producción y tomando como referencia la experiencia del Sistema “Invernada 365” de INIA La Estanzuela.
