A Fenntarthatóság És A Környezettudatosság Fontossága

Napjainkra a menedzsment szakirodalomban egyre több cikk jelent meg a fenntarthatóság, a fenntartható fejlődés témában is. Az Európai Unió is kiemelten támogatja a fenntarthatóság koncepcióját, a jövőbeni és jelenlegi jogszabályait is ennek a jegyében, szellemiségében alkotja. Ma már sok vállalakozás tudatában van annak, hogyan is lehetne egy fenntartható ellátási láncot kialakítani, és hatékonyan, eredményesen működtetni azt. Az ipari és fogyasztói társadalom hatásainak felismerése napjainkban odáig vezetett, hogy a gazdaság területén a fenntarthatóság a versenyképesség biztosításának egyik legfontosabb sikertényezőjévé vált. A fenntartható ellátási lánc képzi tehát a 21. század versenyképes növekedés biztosító vállalati stratégia alapját. Az ellátási lánc fenntartható fejlesztése, vezetése és irányítása, valamint a stratégiák kialakítása és megvalósítása napjaink legfontosabb és legösszetettebb kihívásai közé sorolható. Mindez lehetőséget teremt a jövőbeni üzleti válságok kezelésében és irányításában, a teljesítménypotenciálok azonosításában és realizálásában, valamint átfogó, a mélyben gyökerező fenntartható termelési folyamatok kialakításában – többlet profit elérése céljából. A tanulmány kutatási kérdéseihez kacsolódva elvégeztünk egy mélyinterjún és kérdőíves megkérdezésen alapuló feltáró kutatást, melynek segítségével a témakör vállalati oldaláról akartunk részletesebb információkat összegyűjteni. ---------- Nowadays, more and more articles about sustainability and sustainable development are published in the literature on management. The European Union strongly supports the concept of sustainability and it makes its current and future laws in terms of this mentality. Today, many corporations know already how to develop and operate a sustainable supply chain in an efficient and successful way. The recognition of the effects caused by the industrial and consumer society led to the fact that sustainability has become one of the most important key success factors for ensuring competitiveness on the area of economy. Thus, in the 21st century the sustainable supply chain constitutes the basis of that corporate strategy ensuring the competitive growth. The sustainable development and control of supply chain, as well as the development and execution of strategies rank among the most important and most complex challenges of these days. All of these offer a chance to the treatment and control of future business crises, to the identification of possibilities of performance evaluation and to the formation of a deeply rooted sustainable production – with the purpose of surplus income. Taking the questions of the study as a starting point, we conducted an exploratory research based on interviews and questionnaires, with the help of which we wanted to collect more detailed information from the corporate side of the topic.
