Léteznek Jövőbeli Sikerességét Meghatározó Tényezők A Kkv Szektorban?

Az elmúlt évek kutatómunkái nyomán megállapítható, hogy a mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozások (továbbiakban kkv-k) számára az életpálya alapú elemző rendszerek egyre inkább megalapozott és segítőkész eszközként állnak rendelkezésre a mindennapos erőpróbák megvívásához. Kutatásaink során összegyűjtöttük a korábban megalkotott életpályamodelleket, és összefoglaltuk a korábbi modellek előnyeit illetve rugalmatlanságait. A kapcsolódó szakirodalmi háttér feldolgozásán túl az elmúlt időszakban saját kutatási programunk keretén belül több száz vállalkozás kérdőíves lekérdezését valósítottuk meg a Nyugat-Dunántúli Régióban. A felmérések középpontjában a hazai kkv-k életpálya ciklusainak sajátosságai illetve a vállalkozások tulajdonosi hátterének jövőbeli generációváltási és öröklési lehetőségei álltak. A legfrissebb pilot primer kutatások eredményeképp már számos előzetesen feltételezett, érdekfeszítő összefüggés bizonyosodott be, melyek közül jelen tanulmányban a generációváltási kérdések közül ragadtunk ki három előzetes hipotézist. Előzetes hipotéziseink e szerint a következő három területre koncentrálódnak: először választ szeretnénk adni arra a kérdésre, hogy a hazai kkv-k utódlásukat tekintve milyen alternatív lehetőségek közül választanak, majd szeretnénk bizonyítani, hogy a vállalkozások jelenlegi tulajdonosainál az utódlási kérdéskör először csak ötvenes éveiket követően jelenik meg. Legvégül tanulmányunkban szeretnénk bemutatni néhány olyan tényezőt, melyek szinte minden vállalkozás jövőjének alakulására ugyanolyan jelentős hatással bírnak, azaz előzetes hipotézisünk szerint léteznek a kkv-kra egységesen jellemző, jövőbeli sikerességet meghatározó tényezők, melyeket – épp ezért úgy gondolunk – minden kkv tulajdonosnak érdemes megfontolnia jövőbeli stratégiaalkotásakor. ----------------------------------------------------- Nowadays the Hungarian micro, small and medium enterprises (henceforward: SME's) face to perhaps one of the most important challenge: how to handle and coordinate the general growth of their life. According to the researches of the last few years it was found that the measuring systems based on growth lifecycle are at helpful and well-founded services for the enterprises for the common-life challenges. Beyond the continuous processing of the theoretical literatures we made a pilot questionnaire in the last year. The point of our our research was firstly to collect more information from the Hungarian SME business sector for the further research options and secondly to confirm the adaptability of the theoretical models in the Hungarian business life. In this pilot research were queried on the whole more than two hundred Hungarian companies from the Western Transdanubia Region’s SME's sector over personal interviews and over personal questionnaires with the top management of these businesses. The survey focused on the one hand on the characteristics of the lifecycle models of the domestic SME's, on the other hand on the background of the future ownership change of the business owners in their companies. In our performance we would present now in connection with the future ownership categories our previous three hypothesis: on the one hand what are the possibilities for the future ownership for the SME’s, on the other hand we expect, that the owners consider the question of the future ownership of their companies at first only in their age of 50’s. At last we suggest, that they exists some of such factors, which could influence the sustainability and future success of the SME's. This factors therefore could be important for the bussiness owners by the creation of the future strategy plan.
