Az agrÃ¡rszektorban elhelyezkedni szÃ¡ndÃ©kozÃ³ fi atalok vizsgÃ¡lata
AbstractA 2006-ban lefolytatott empirikus kutatÃ¡s arra kereste a vÃ¡laszt, hogy az agrÃ¡rgazdasÃ¡gban elhelyezkedni szÃ¡ndÃ©kozÃ³ fi atalok kÃ¶zÃ¼l kinek van nagyobb esÃ©lye a szakmÃ¡jÃ¡n belÃ¼li helytÃ¡llÃ¡sra, melyek azok a tÃ©nyezÅ‘k, amelyek befolyÃ¡soljÃ¡k az eredmÃ©nyessÃ©get. EgyÃ©rtelmÅ±, hogy a fi atalok azon csoportjÃ¡nak nagyobb az esÃ©lye a helytÃ¡llÃ¡sra, akik kellÅ‘kÃ©ppen elkÃ¶telezettek szakmÃ¡juk irÃ¡nt, megfelelÅ‘ mÃ©rtÃ©kben motivÃ¡ltak, nyitottak, illetve kreatÃvak. A kÃ©rdÅ‘Ãves felmÃ©rÃ©s rÃ¡vilÃ¡gÃtott arra is, hogy a mintÃ¡ba kerÃ¼lt mezÅ‘gazdasÃ¡gi szakiskolai, szakkÃ¶zÃ©piskolai tanulÃ³k, valamint agrÃ¡r fÅ‘iskolai/ egyetemi hallgatÃ³k szakmÃ¡juk irÃ¡nti elkÃ¶telezettsÃ©gÃ©t, hozzÃ¡Ã¡llÃ¡sÃ¡t a fi atalok csalÃ¡dbÃ³l hozott tÃ¡rsadalmi, gazdasÃ¡gi Ã©s kulturÃ¡lis tÅ‘kÃ©je, azaz az egyÃ©nt jellemzÅ‘ szocioÃ¶konÃ³miai faktorok erÅ‘teljesebben befolyÃ¡soljÃ¡k, mint az alapfokÃº oktatÃ¡si intÃ©zmÃ©nyek. --------------------- During an empirical research in 2006 we tried to answer the question who among those young people, wanting a job in agriculture, will have better chance to fulfi l professional commitments and which are the factors infl uencing their successfulness. It has become unambiguosly clear that those have better chances who are properly lived up with commitments, are duly motivated as well as open and creative persons. The survey showed as well that professional binding of students of agricultural secondary schools and universities is stronger infl uenced by such socio-economic factors as human capital characterising individuals and originating from families than ground schools.
