Abstract

A nation is a moral person, different from the idividuals that it contains and it had its own will. Therefore, the juridic status of the nation is the first law – the Constitution. A nation, by definition within the international framework, is characterized by sovereignity. The state’s implication in the economic backgwound doesn’t mean a theoretical adhesion but also the active participation at a juridical level as well through the development as a promotion environment of the new and through the erosion of the old concepts that define the state.
