Abstract

A succinct analysis of the world economics, generally, and European, especially permits to observe some undoubted definitive features, as the continuous supply diversification and instauration under the impact of knowledge society, markets globalization, and, most of all, the continuous growth in customer’s and society’s exigencies. Despite of this situation, there are still many Romanian enterprises with an uppermost stereotyped activity, without having an aggressive strategy, which would permit attaining important profit, in order to ensure the necessary resources for investments, growth, and a better place on the market. Nowadays, the quality became the tip of the balance in efficiency and competitive capacity growth, and also, a condition for the entrerprises on European market; the quality requirements on this market are at a very high level. It is considered that attaining customer’s satisfaction is not enough, and, according with the concept Beyond Customer Satisfaction, the product should exceed customer’s needs and expectations.
