Abstract

Romania, as a country which adhered to the European Union just from two years ago, being including in a economical world cycle, gas been more than ever exposed to the effects of this financial crisis. This issue tries to focus on the effects of the financial crisis on the main macroeconomic indicators in Romania such as: the rate of economic growth, the annual inflation rate, the budget deficit as percent from the GDP. We also try to propose some appropriate monetary, fiscally and budgetary policies in order to redress the Romanian economy and in the same time trying to maintain the conditions imposed by the International Monetary Fond for Romania.
