Abstract

Inequality can be seen as an economic, social and political problem and can be analyzed through income distribution, social stability or based on the effects on economic growth. The goal of this study is to determine the inequalities in income for Romanian regions, for the period 2000-2004, trying to identify the existence of a real convergence process.
