Abstract

Students of economics in France wrote, in June 2000, the manifesto point-ing their sadness with the kind of teaching that they were receiving. Problems as the use of mathematics as the end in itself, the pluralism lack, the absence of concern with the reality were stood out by these students. Given the fact that neoclassic theory is the base of teaching in Economics in France as well as in others countries, does it will be that this theory is becoming introspect in fact? If the answer is positive, why this would be happened? To answer these questions, it was carried through this article study about the recent history of economy thought, examining the foundations in changes of capitalist system in the post-war period.
