Implementation of Cloud Computing into VoIP

Abstract

This article defines Cloud Computing and highlights key concepts, the benefits of using virtualization, its weaknesses and ways of combining it with classical VoIP technologies applied to large scale businesses. The analysis takes into consideration management strategies and resources for better customer orientation and risk management all for sustaining the Service Level Agreement (SLA). An important issue in cloud computing can be security and for this reason there are several security solution presented.
