Abstract

The commercial company „Vacanta Tur SRl” Buzau, during the 13 years of tourism activity, proves a good management and experience in implementing projects, having developed till today two projects „Building a tourist’s centre” in the spa Sarata Monteoru, Merei, named „Casa cu Tei” and „Developing the accommodation possibilities at the guesthouse Casa cu Tei”. Both projects have been realized through Phare Investments and personal financial contribution. As a result, the guesthouse „Casa cu Tei” has 16 rooms, totallz furnished and with modern facilities, a restaurant for 100 persons, a bar with 50 seats, a fitness hall, sauna and swimming pool. Presently, we are working at a third project to get Phare funds. This new one aims at developing the touristic resorts in romania. It is called „Investments in tourism”. The management quality (1st place in 2003, on the Top of the Chamber for Commerce, Industry and Agriculture - Buzau) but also the experience got by realizing the previous projects, co-financed through Phare, are reasons to support the conviction that „Vacanta Tur SRL” has the capacity to implement the project „Investments in tourism”, too.
