Glioblastomas is one of the most deadly malignant tumor of brain in adults which cost their lives. Role of cytomegalovirus in glioblastoma pathogenesis was proposed decades ago and much work was done to figure out the genetic involvement of CMV leading to poor prognosis of tumor.
