Abstract

Text describes the experience of creating and maintaining the research laboratory that maintains joint research projects for students, teachers and university research staff. It demonstrates that such laboratories may work as a ground for research environment to be sustained and developed within a university. Some other instruments for academic innovations are discussed, as well as their perspectives, benefits and risks.
