Abstract

Article by type is an analytical-problem one. At present, the process of reforming the system of higher education is simultaneously accompanied by the reform of the system of professional qualifications, so the process of integrating educational and professional in the conditions of reform has many problems, the solution of which is the topic of this study. The purpose of this work is to apply a systematic approach to managing the process of integrating educational and professional standards, reflecting the set of factors of influence on the management object, as well as the main subjects of management in this process. The result of this research is the algorithm proposed by the authors of the process of educational and professional standards that will allow for forming a unified educational and qualification space in the triad of all participants in social and economic relations: the state, the higher education system and employers.
