The content of the business process reengineering technology “The number of approvals should be minimized†in its classical description by M. Hammer and J. Champi in the work “Reengineering of corporations†is considered. The possibility of reducing errors, saving time resources, as well as reducing the number of employees responsible for a specific issue due to the technology of reengineering business processes "minimizing the number of approvals" without losing the quality of production inherent in the industrial era is shown. The prospects for the development of business process reengineering technology “It is necessary to minimize the number of approvals†in the post-industrial era are demonstrated. The results of the development of a criterion for the effectiveness of the implementation of business process reengineering technology associated with minimizing approvals are presented.
