Features of the development of the logistics complex of the new industrial enterprise Nivensky GOK in the Kaliningrad region

Abstract

The article studies the influence of the specifics of the Kaliningrad region on the development of the logistics complex of an industrial enterprise, which includes economic, geographical, scientific, technical, economic, transport, logistics and infrastructure features. The advantages of the geographical location of the industrial enterprise under study - the Nivensky GOK, namely the proximity to potential sales markets, the availability of the formation of intermodal transportation, the developed transport and logistics infrastructure of the region are demonstrated.The article focuses on the need for the formation of a logistics complex for the mining and processing plant, which is an association of various transport and logistics infrastructure facilities that does not involve the construction of its own transport and logistics infrastructure, due to the outsourcing of cargo transportation.The Nivensky GOK, a projected mining and processing plant for the production of SOP - premium mineral fertilizers (potassium sulfate) in the Kaliningrad region, has been studied in detail. The specificity of the products produced by this industrial enterprise will be its orientation, primarily, to foreign markets.Based on the research of scientific and technical literature, the following issues were considered: the impact of the region’s specifics on the development of the logistics complex of an industrial enterprise, the particularities of mastering the approach to defining infrastructural constraints in the regional economy for the successful implementation of the project to form a logistics complex of the mining and processing plant. The article used current and modern tools of complex analysis based on the structuring and systematization of the basic material.The analysis is given of the peculiarities of the development of the own logistics complex of the corresponding industrial enterprise. The results of the study were recommendations and conclusions regarding the specifics of the development of the logistics complex of the Nivensky GOK in the Kaliningrad region. Significance is expressed in practical significance and the possibility of using the recommendations and the results of the study.
