Ecologo-Innovative Imperative Of Russian Economic Potential

Abstract

Contemporary domestic economy is going through ecological crisis. The problem-solving assumes the rise and development of specific economic relations which ensure an effective functioning of the triad “environment-societyeconomy†. At this conjuncture, acute question arises as to necessity of creating eco-innovative sources of economic growth and the issue of building appropriate mechanism in order to reach an advanced stage of ecologically safe development. Structural perfection of ecologically safe development realized in the form of ecological innovations, ought to constitute the basis of ecological investment process under domestic market’s conditions. The author’s conception of “ecological innovation†is given in the article. The problem field of “econovations†forming is defined from the position of “going away†from domestic economy’s dependence on raw materials. In conclusion, the author gives the package of actions concerning the perfection of eco-innovation instruments used in key directions development. The defining and realizing of these instruments allows to activate the process of domestic eco-innovations market’s formation as well as securing long-term strategic interest of a country in an eco-economic sphere.
