Abstract

Since Russia has ratified anti-corruption conventions the problem of legal recognition of the legal person criminal liability again attains a high priority. Problems of legal regulation of economic affairs are in the author’s view related first at all to the failure of means currently acting under the law to protect effectively that sphere of social relations from criminal intrusions. An attempt to analyse the genesis of such institution in the foreign law and its current state is made.
