Abstract

The article presents the results of studying in methodological and theoretical aspects of modern organizational behavior. It outlines the formation of theoretical ideas about the essence, goals and objectives of organizational behavior. The trends in the development of organizational behavior as a science and a practical field of activity that develops on the basis of various schools are revealed. It is shown that the formation of the methodological basis for organizational behavior at the micro, meso and macro levels was influenced by the concepts of a number of classical and applied sciences, extending their conclusions to various components of organizational behavior. The article carries out an analysis of the majority of the established doctrines existing in the theory of organizational behavior. It is proved that the systematic and multidimensional nature of the issues solved by modern organizational behavior required the combined efforts of many scientific disciplines – economics, management, psychology, sociology, philosophy – as a result of which a modern theory of organizational behavior was formed, in which a number of objects of individual theories were taken into account, various systems were generalized into particular theories.Â
