Abstract

The scheme of business processes in institutions of secondary specialized education is presented. A management model for theoretical training of specialists with secondary education is proposed. The model is built using the BPMN notation, which allows one to reflect the process approach in management. The management model is presented as six building blocks: development of documentation, organization of educational process, intermediate attestation, distribution, ï¬ nal attestation, analysis and formation of ï¬ nal conclusions and recommendations. The model created reflects the processes “as is†and is a preparatory stage for further improvement of business processes. The description of the output data of the model blocks is presented in the form of linked sets, which allows one to optimize business processes in the institution of specialized secondary education by various optimization parameters.
