Measuring and Improving Research Quality in Islamic Economics قياس وتعزيز الجودة البحثية في الاقتصاد الإسلامي

Abstract

This study aims to measure and improve the research quality in Islamic economics, by focusing on the most important research quality components, and strengthening these elements, which may lead to increasing the benefits derived from the results of these researches in the service of society. To achieve this goal, the study discusses the most important topics of Islamic economics, followed by a discussion of the most important factors of research quality and how to enhance them, and the most important criteria and indicators by which the strength or weakness of a research is judged. This is followed by a discussion of ways to advance this specialization, including the method of interdisciplinary researches as suggested by Al-Suhaibani in his paper, then the method of upgrading the classification of Islamic economics journals globally, and choosing to publish in the highest international journals in terms of classification, impact factor and citations ratio. The study concludes by setting limits and new classification for research topics in Islamic economics, and new criteria and elements to measure the quality and weaknesses in Islamic economics research, in addition to suggesting new ways to activate the application of the results of researches in Islamic economics in the service of the community. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس وتحسين مستوى جودة البحوث المتخصصة في الاقتصاد الإسلامي، من خلال التركيز على أهم العناصر المكونة للجودة البحثية، وتعزيز هذه العناصر، بما يزيد من الاستفادة من نتائج هذه البحوث في خدمة المجتمع. وللوصول إلى هذا الهدف تناقش الدراسة أهم موضوعات الاقتصاد الإسلامي، يلي ذلك مناقشة أهم العناصر المكونة للجودة البحثية وكيفية تعزيزها، وأهم المعايير والمؤشرات التي يُحكم من خلالها على قوة البحوث أو ضعفها، يلي ذلك مناقشة سبل الارتقاء بهذا التخصص، ومنها أسلوب التأليف المشترك كمدخل لتحسين جودة البحوث، ثم أسلوب الارتقاء بتصنيف مجلات الاقتصاد الإسلامي عالميًا، وكذلك اختيار النشر في المجلات العالمية الأعلى تصنيفًا، وعامل تأثير ونسبة الاستشهادات. وتخلص الدراسة إلى وضع حدود وتصنيف جديد لموضوعات البحوث في الاقتصاد الإسلامي، ومعايير وعناصر جديدة من أجل قياس الجودة والضعف في بحوث الاقتصاد الإسلامي، إضافة إلى اقتراح طرق جديدة من أجل تفعيل تطبيق نتائج بحوث الاقتصاد الإسلامي في خدمة المجتمع.
