Quality of Research in Islamic Economics جودة البحوث في علوم الاقتصاد الإسلامي

Abstract

Research evaluation is a normative process which depends upon the approved criteria for the quality of research. These are value indicators criteria and that are adopted by the scientific community based on the research methodology adopted. There is almost unanimity among the pioneers of Islamic economics on the low quality of research in Islamic economics despite the high score achieved in the recognized quantitative quality indicators. This paradox is analyzed in this article, and recommends the means which may lead to raising the quality of research in the field of Islamic economics. يعتمد تقييم البحوث على المعايير المعتمدة لجودة البحوث، وهي معايير قيمية يتم اعتمادها من قبل المجتمع العلمي. وهناك شبه إجماع بين رواد الاقتصاد الإسلامي على تدني جودة بحوث الاقتصاد الإسلامي، على الرغم من ارتفاع مؤشرات الجودة الكمية المتعارف عليها. حللت الورقة هذه الإشكالية، وأوصت بوسائل قد تؤدي إلى رفع جودة البحوث في حقل الاقتصاد الإسلامي.
