Abstract

-- أثار بحث الدكتورة كوثر الأبجي (المبادئ الإسلامية في الخراج)(*) بعض الجدل، وكنت أنا ممن كتب شيئًا -لم ينشر- حول هذا البحث. ثم جاء أخيرًا تعليق الدكتور حسن عبد الله الأمين، وانتظرت رد الدكتورة كوثر الأبجي عليه، وظهر الردّ فعلاً في العدد التالي من المجلة، وهو العدد الأول من المجلد الثاني.
