Abstract

-- المطلع على بحث الدكتور شابرا يجد نفسه أمام باحث متمكن من تخصصه، غيور على إسلامه. فمنهجيته البحثية، وترابط النقاط وتسلسلها، وحرصه على تطبيق شريعة الله وتفكيره في الوسائل الضامنة له، دليل ذلك. وحيث إن الموضوع الأساسي للبحث هو النظام النقدي والمصرفي في اقتصاد إسلامي نجده أولاً يناقش الأهداف الأساسية للاقتصاد الإسلامي، ثم يرتب النظام النقدي والمصرفي بشروط وإجراءات ومؤسسات يراها متوافقة، أو مناسبة لتحقيق تلك الأهداف. ومما لاشك فيه أن النظام المصرفي والنقدي ذو دور حيوي وفعال في دفع النشاط الاقتصادي أو تثبيطه، ولهذا يحتاج إلى مزيد من التحليل والمناقشات.
