Abstract

-- بدأ الكاتب مقاله باستعراض النظرية الكينزية للعمالة ثم أعقبها باستعراض لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية التي تؤثر على السياسات الاقتصادية الكلية في اقتصاد إسلامي وأهمها الزكاة والتي أوضح أثرها على دالة الاستهلاك الأمر الذي نود أن نتوقف عنده لإبداء الرأي في بعض العوامل التي حددها الأستاذ متولي وأثرها على النتيجة التي توصل إليها.
