Abstract

-- هذا أمر كثر السؤال عنه في وقتنا الحاضر الذي يتميز بما كثر فيه من وجوه التعامل بطريق المداينة في أساليب الإنتاج والتجارة الداخلية والخارجية، نتيجة لشيوع وسائل الاتصال الحديثة التي أصبح التاجر يعقد فيها الصفقات الكبيرة بمئات الألوف وبالملايين مع عملائه في مختلف بلاد العالم في بضع دقائق - بطريق الهاتف، أو بالتيلكس وهو جالس في مكتبه، ويجري التحويلات من ذمة إلى ذمة من المشارق إلى المغارب كذلك بالطريقة نفسها.
