Towards an Islamic model of economic growth نحو نموذج إسلامي للنمو الاقتصادي

Abstract

-- أبرز نموذج هارود (Harrod) الذي يعتبر مولدًا للنظرية الحديثة للنمو أهمية معامل رأس المال دون أن يبرز أهمية معامل التشغيل. وجعل معدل نمو القوة العاملة أحد المتغيرات التي تتحدد خارج النموذج ومستقلة عنه. ونلحظ كذلك هذا التركيز على أهمية الاستثمار في النماذج التي عرضها الكتاب النيوكلاسيك والكتاب المنتمون إلى مدرسة كينز. فعلى الرغم من تحرر تلك النماذج من كثير من القيود التي لازمت نموذج (هارود)، كفرض ثبات معامل رأس المال، وإدخالها معدل النمو الطبيعي للسكان (القوة العاملة) كأحد المتغيرات الداخلية التي تتحدد داخل النموذج، إلا أنها ركزت على الدور الطليعي والفعال لعملية تراكم رأس المال، ولم يدخل عنصر العمل في تلك النماذج إلا بصفة ثانوية، إما لدراسة معدلات الأرباح بالنسبة لمعدلات الأجور أو كمحاولة لإزالة المخاوف من احتمالات انخفاض معدلات الأرباح نتيجة لسريان قانون تناقص الإنتاجية الحدية وذلك بإدخال معدل التقدم التكنولوجي كأحد المتغيرات في دالة الإنتاج على النحو الذي يضمن - على الأقل - ثبات معدلات الأرباح.
