Abstract

-- يحاول الباحث من خلال هذا الكتاب إعطاء، فكرة سريعة وشاملة عن بعض الأصول الفكرية للإدارة في الإسلام، وفي نفس الوقت يعرض كثيرًا من النظريات الغربية للفكر الإداري بهدف إعطاء القارئ الفرصة للمقارنة بين الأصول الإسلامية والأصول الغربية لعلم الادارة، والباحث يستنبط الكثير من أفكاره الإدارية من خلال محاولته الكشف عن التطبيقات القديمة للدولة الإسلامية ومدى نجاح هذه الأفكار في تحقيق أهداف الدولة الإسلامية.
