Abstract

-- نركز مناقشتنا للدكتور عارف في ثلاث نقاط، أولها: محاولته تصوير وجود إجماع بين الاقتصاديين على ضآلة دور الفائدة في السياسة النقدية، وثانيها: تصوره عن انخفاض معدل الاستهلاك وعن محدودية التفضيل النقدي في اقتصاد إسلامي، وثالثها: موقفه المحبذ لربط قيمة الديون بمستوى الأسعار في اقتصاد إسلامي لا ربوي.
