Abstract

本稿は脇坂(2006)で論じた英国におけるワーク・ライフ・バランス(WLB)について,その後の法改正や調査を踏まえて,雇用システムの観点から考察するものである。また我が国との比較に関する素晴らしい武石氏らの研究から,我が国の課題を考えたい。
