Abstract

本稿は脇坂（2006）で論じた英国におけるワーク・ライフ・バランス（WLB）について，その後の法改正や調査を踏まえて，雇用システムの観点から考察するものである。また我が国との比較に関する素晴らしい武石氏らの研究から，我が国の課題を考えたい。
