Abstract

実に様々なネットワークが,最近,構築されている。また,それに即応して,経済,特に金融の分野により深く入り込んだネットワークの分析が非常に進んでいる。過去10年この分野の研究はモデル作りと実証が大いに発展し,今後もまだまだ発展する見込みである。その紹介と論評を次に考えてみよう。経済や金融のネットワークでは,主体は相互に住所,アドレスや口座番号などを知っており,物理的な回線(ケーブル)あるいは無線電波で結ばれるだけでなく,交通・運送,郵便や宅配便などのその他のデバイス(手段)でも結ばれる。契約によって,取引などを通じて,資金貸借や出資を通じても,ネットワークは結ばれる。証券取引ネットワークには,クロシング・ネットワーク(crossing networks)などの新しい構造・タイプのものが実際に米国でいくつか生まれており,情報保有の非対称性という観点でも興味ある,解明されるべき論点が含まれる。詳しい研究は今後進むだろうが,この点は稿を改めて論じたい。
