Analyse der Innovationsfaktoren bei den Kleinunternehmen in Ungarn

Abstract

Die Prüfung der Innovationsfähigkeit von Kleinunternehmen wurde mit der Erhebungsmethode anhand eines Fragebogens durchgeführt. Die Innovationsfähigkeit und -faktoren der Kleinunternehmen wurden durch die externe und die interne Faktoren – insgesamt 8 hervorgehobenen, markanten, beeinflussenden Faktoren – geprüft. Die Stärken des Systems sind die Organisations- und Führungsmerkmale, sowie die externen Beziehungen der Unternehmen, und die Schwächen sind die Innovationskosten und - risiken, sowie das interne Innovationspotenzial und die Motivation. Die Käufer- und Lieferantenbeziehungen unterstützen die Innovation am stärksten. Die Innovation wird auch von dem Informatikhintergrund eindeutig unterstützt. Die Schwächen weisen darauf hin, dass die Steigerung des Innovationspotenzials und der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Kleinunternehmen in erster Linie von internen Faktoren abhängt: das Innovationspotenzial und -management, sowie das interne Motivationssystem der Kleinunternehmen.
