Abstract

Книга Э. Хансена - крупнейшего американского экономиста XX в. - посвящена анализу переломных моментов развития американского капитализма (Великая депрессия, "Новый курс" Рузвельта, Вторая мировая война, послевоенная конверсия, новый подъем экономики) и рассмотрению общих закономерностей функционирования рыночной экономики. Богатый экономический инструментарий (в работе интегрированы макро и микроэкономический анализ с институциональным подходом) позволяет автору обосновать целый ряд практических рекомендаций для экономической политики, которые могут быть модифицированы в зависимости от конкретного времени и конкретной страны. Книга позволяет лучше понять современную ситуацию в России, гибко и обоснованно подойти к выбору методов и инструментов экономической политики, направленной на преодоление стагнации, устойчивый рост и социальное развитие. Для научных работников и преподавателей, аспирантов и студентов всех, кто интересуется новыми тенденциями экономической мысли.
