Abstract

Досліджено стан і проблеми внутрішньо переміщених осіб України, обґрунтовано довгостроковий характер їх вирішення. Узагальнено світовий досвід інтеграційної політики щодо ВПО. Виявлено проблеми інтеграції вимушених переселенців у територіальні громади. Визначено ресурсний потенціал внутрішньо переміщених осіб для розвитку приймаючих громад, регіонів та України.Исследованы состояние и проблемы внутренне перемещенных лиц Украины, обоснован долгосрочный характер их решения. Обобщен мировой опыт интеграционной политики относительно ВПЛ. Определены проблемы интеграции вынужденных переселенцев в территориальные сообщества. Определен ресурсный потенциал внутренне перемещенных лиц для развития принимающих сообществ, регионов и Украины.Investigated the status and problems of internally displaced persons in Ukraine, justified by the long-term nature of their decision. Generalized world experience of integration policy on IDPs. The problems of integration of forced migrants in the territorial community. Identified resource potential internally displaced persons for development of host communities, regions and Ukraine.
