Содержание Механизма Регулирования И Стимулирования Занятости Экономически Активного Населения

Abstract

Статья посвящена теоретическому рассмотрению содержания механизма регулирования занятости экономически активного населения. Занятость экономически активного населения является основным фактором обеспечения экономического роста и повышения благосостояния общества. Все отношения связанные с занятостью непосредственно включены в состав воспроизводственных отношений. В связи с этим состояние рынка труда оказывает на уровень жизни общества непосредственное влияние, так как высокий уровень безработицы демонстрирует положение при котором, определенная часть населения лишена источников получения дохода. В результате исследования установлено, что механизмы регулирования и стимулирования занятости экономически активного населения в условиях переходной экономики реализуется как на макроуровне, так и на микроуровне. На каждом из этих уровней происходит взаимодействие и взаимовлияние государственных и частных механизмов, через действие рыночных законов и макроэкономических целей государства.
