Abstract

Рассматривается охрана здоровья работающих как ключевая стратегическая категория функционирования государства. Автором проанализированы различные подходы к обеспечению прав работающих с точки зрения охраны труда, гигиены труда и медицины труда. Выделены особенности функционирования административно-надзорной деятельности Роструда, Роспотребнадзора и Росздравнадзора при риск-ориентированном подходе, а также аспекты взаимодействия органов исполнительной власти.
